which inevitably exists in a larger organisation. It respects
the needs of the business owners, managers, HR and finance
teams who all contribute to the payroll process,
or rely on its output.
We will help you develop systems and spreadsheets to capture
variable payroll data, consolidate it and deliver it to us
by e-mail. We will run your payroll for each pay period and
e mail copy payslips back to you as a printable file for you
to check with a Payroll summary. Once approved, we will then
supply your chosen payroll management reports, detailing payroll
costs by branch, cost centre or pay component. These can be
posted, or delivered by e-mail as a printable file, and/or
as an excel file to facilitate fast manipulation of the data
to match your nominal ledger and to enable electronic storage.
We will work with you to streamline the integration of payroll
output with your accounting system.
We will prepare the Year End Form P35 and provide P60s for
your employees. We will arrange for the Revenue to issue all
payroll instructions directly to us and submit starter
and leaver details to the Revenue automatically.
We will advise you on SSP, SMP and other payroll issues as
and when required.
Payroll Outsourcing For The Small Business
(typically less than 30 employees in
one location)
PayWithCare provides professional payroll outsourcing services to UK based small businesses. Our service to you will include automatically running your
payroll each month, and providing payslips for distribution
to employees. We will also send you copy payslips for your
records and easy checking, together with a Payroll summary.
We can supply more detailed management reports, analysing payroll
costs and breaking down pay components if required. We will
maintain your SSP records and calculate SSP/SMP entitlement.
We will prepare the Year End Form P35 and provide P60s for
your employees. We will arrange for the Revenue to issue all
payroll instructions directly to us and submit starter and
leaver details to the Revenue automatically.
